Chicken Parm Pasta

Ingredients

1 lb chicken thighs 1 cup bone broth Salt and pepper, to taste 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1 package organic spaghetti noodles 1–2 tbsp butter 1–2 cups broccoli, sautéed or steamed Freshly grated Parmesan cheese Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

Cook the chicken: Place chicken thighs in the Instant Pot with bone broth, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Cook on high pressure for about 10 minutes. Natural release, then shred the chicken. Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti noodles according to package directions. Drain. Season the pasta: Return the drained noodles to the pot. Add butter, salt, and pepper and toss until melted and evenly coated. Add veggies: Stir in sautéed or steamed broccoli. Combine: Add the shredded chicken and toss everything together. Serve: Top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
