Nutrient Packed Overnight Oats

Creamy, protein-packed, and naturally sweetened

Ingredients

½ cup organic sprouted oats

½ cup plain Greek yogurt (no added sugar)

1 tablespoon organic chia seeds

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1–2 teaspoons local honey (adjust to taste)

Pinch of cinnamon

Toppings (add before serving)

Fresh organic strawberries, sliced Fresh organic blueberries Fresh organic blackberries Extra sprinkle of cinnamon

Instructions

In a mason jar or bowl, combine oats, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, vanilla extract, honey, and liquid. Stir well until fully combined. The mixture should be thick but stirrable. Sprinkle in a pinch of cinnamon and mix again. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4–6 hours). In the morning, stir and top with fresh berries and an extra sprinkle of cinnamon.

Enjoy cold straight from the jar, or let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before eating.
