Fast, nourishing, and packed with flavor—these tacos come together in just 15 minutes, wrapped in my homemade sourdough discard tortillas for a gut-friendly twist!
Ingredients:
-1 lb pasture-raised ground beef
-1 packet Sieste mild taco seasoning (or your favorite clean blend)
-1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced

Directions:
-In a skillet over medium heat, cook the pasture-raised ground beef until browned. Drain if needed.
-Stir in Sieste mild seasoning and sliced yellow pepper. Cook until peppers soften slightly.
-Warm your sourdough discard tortillas and layer with chopped greens, avocado, and the seasoned beef mixture.
-Top with fresh tomatoes, salsa, and a dollop of sour cream if desired.
